•All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

•Orders are shipped with PostNL, handled through the MyParcel platform.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

•Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

4. Cut-off Time

•Orders placed on a business day before 16:00 (CET/CEST) are eligible for same-business-day dispatch. This concerns dispatch, not delivery: we do not promise same-day delivery.

•Delivery to the Netherlands typically takes 1-2 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

•Delivery to Belgium and Germany typically takes 1-2 business days; the rest of Europe typically takes 1-3 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Shipping Costs

•The exact shipping rate for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Rates differ per destination country.

8. Free Shipping Threshold

•Free shipping applies from EUR 100 per order. This value can change; the amount shown in your cart or at checkout is always authoritative.

9. Supported Destinations

•We ship throughout Europe. Availability and the applicable rate for your address are shown at checkout.

10. Tracking

•Shipments include Track & Trace information provided by the carrier (PostNL / MyParcel).

11. Customs & Import Duties
