How it works in 3 steps
1. Create an account
Points can only be attached to a registered account. Signing up takes less than 30 seconds and comes with a welcome bonus.
2. Earn points
You automatically receive 1 point per euro spent (excluding shipping) as soon as your order reaches the 'paid' status.
3. Redeem at checkout
On your next order a slider lets you turn points into a discount. 100 points = €5 off, in increments of 100.
The rules
- 1 point per euro spent (excluding shipping costs).
- 100 points = €5 instant discount at checkout.
- Points are credited once the order reaches 'paid' status.
- Points expire 12 months after they are awarded.
- Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
- On refunds or cancellations, related points are reversed.
- Points can generally be combined with discount codes, unless the code states otherwise.
ZeusPeptides reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time. Points already awarded remain valid within their stated expiration period.
Frequently asked questions
Do I earn points on past orders?
No. The program only applies to orders placed after its launch date that have reached 'paid' status.
Is there a minimum order amount for redemption?
You can redeem points as long as the order total (after other discounts) is higher than the discount you redeem. On very small orders redemption can therefore be limited.
Where do I see my point balance?
In your account under the 'Loyalty' tab. You'll see the current balance, the euro value and a full history of every transaction.
What happens if I return my order?
Points earned on that order are reversed. If you redeemed points on that order, they are returned to your balance.
Can I combine points with a discount code?
Yes, in most cases. Discount codes with specific exclusions (e.g. free shipping or stacking rules) mention this explicitly.
