1. Right of Withdrawal & Sealed Research Products
- •Consumers ordering from the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Use our Return / Withdrawal request page to start this process.
- •Due to the nature of our research-grade peptides and compounds, we cannot accept returns on products once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
- •This means the right of withdrawal can, in practice, only be exercised for products that are still sealed and unopened on return.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- •If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- •Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product.
- •We will arrange a replacement or full refund for verified damaged items.
- •Do not dispose of damaged items until our customer service team has reviewed your claim.
3. Incorrect Orders
- •If you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- •We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
- •You may be asked to return the incorrect item in its original, unopened condition.
4. Order Cancellation
- •Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
- •Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
- •To cancel an order, contact our customer service immediately with your order number.
5. Refund Process
- •Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- •Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- •Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Delivery Claims
- •If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
- •We will investigate with our shipping partners (PostNL / MyParcel) and provide a resolution.
- •For lost packages, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

- •All ZeusPeptides products are manufactured to the highest standards.
- •Batch documentation is available on request.
- •If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us with your batch number.
